為什麼做這個?
跑一場展會、開一天會,手上一疊名片。回辦公室要一張張打進 CRM 或 Notion——姓名、公司、職稱、電話、Email,還要記得這個人是哪個場合認識的。太花時間,結果大多數人就是拖著不建,幾週後名片變成一疊想不起來是誰的紙,人脈就這樣斷了。這工具把「拍照 → 辨識 → 分類 → 存檔」自動化,收完名片當場拍一拍就建好檔。
這是什麼?
展會神器。跑展、開會拿到一疊名片,拍照丟進去,AI 自動辨識姓名、公司、職稱、電話、Email 等欄位,確認後一鍵存進 Notion 聯絡人資料庫——再也不用手動整理名片。
特色
- 批次處理:一次拍多張,逐張確認
- 重複提醒:Email 或公司已存在會警告,避免重複建檔
- 活動標籤:每批可標記活動/展會名稱,之後好追蹤這批人脈從哪來
- 名片照片不留存,只存文字資料
What is this? (English)
An AI business card scanner that saves straight into Notion. Photograph a stack of cards from a trade show, the AI extracts name / company / title / phone / email, you review and confirm, and every contact lands in a Notion database — tagged by event so you always remember where you met. Batch scanning, duplicate detection, no card images stored.
