為什麼做這個?
Calendly 好用但要錢,而且時段綁整點——一場 60 分鐘的會,想從 2:15 開始都不行。加上跟日本、泰國、美國的夥伴約時間,時區換算很容易出錯。這個自己做的預約系統把這些都補起來:一條連結就能讓對方挑不同時長、slot 不綁整點,會後還用 AI 把逐字稿整理成中日英摘要丟進 Notion,約好自動 LINE 通知我。
這是什麼?
胡創團隊內部在用的會議預約系統,拿來取代 Calendly。對外一條預約連結(多時長、多時區、不綁整點),對內有團隊後台管理可約時段;會議記錄用 Gemini 自動轉錄 + 摘要(中日英),會前還會生一份 briefing。時間一律存 UTC、顯示層才轉,不會約錯時區。

What is this? (English)
An in-house meeting-scheduling system that replaces Calendly for the Hu Creates team: one booking link with multiple durations and non-round-hour slots, multi-timezone, plus AI meeting notes (transcription + summary in Chinese / Japanese / English via Gemini), Notion sync, and LINE notifications. Times are stored in UTC and converted only at display, so timezones never drift.
