為什麼做這個?

幫公司代墊費用很常見,痛的是事後報帳。平常工作已經夠忙,收據就堆著沒空整理,拖到月底(或會計來催)才一筆筆把事由、金額、幣別、日期、發票號碼手動填進表格,還要自己按規則編憑證編號、把收據掃描歸檔——一趟出差累積十幾張,光整理就半天,難怪會計每個月追著哇哇叫。這工具把這整段自動化:當場拍一張丟進去,AI 讀好、編好號、換好匯、連電子檔一起進 Notion,會計要什麼有什麼,你也不用再擠時間坐下來 key。

報帳救星。代墊了一堆費用,收據拍照丟進去,AI 自動讀出事由、金額、幣別、日期、發票號碼,自動編好憑證編號,一鍵存進 Notion 報帳總表,連收據的電子檔都幫你歸檔——會計要什麼有什麼。

What is this? (English)

An AI receipt scanner for expense reports: photograph paper receipts, drop in screenshots or PDF e-invoices/e-tickets, and the AI extracts purpose, amount, currency, date and invoice number — auto-numbers the voucher, converts currency, and files everything (with the receipt image) into a Notion expense database. Taiwan uniform-invoice friendly; also ingests files dropped into Slack.
